listen to the tunes of 2005-2007 to realise that these tracks were DAMN HOT in the 80s. without much changing recently )
Beverly Hills Cop-Great Movie, Good Soundtrack

My brother and I saw Beverly Hills Cop at the movies when I was 7 and my brother was 10. The next summer for my 8th birthday I got the Soundtrack at a party for me at Chuck E. Cheeses! Man was I happy. Now, 20 years later Im buying the Soudtrack on CD. Its a pretty good Soundtrack. The Patti LaBelle songs are good, and Im a big Glenn Frey fan, although "The Heat Is On" is no Eagles. The only downfall is the omission of the song "Nasty Girl" by Prince protege Vanity 6. Oh well, its still a pretty good soundtrack. For me the Soundtrack brings back memories of my youth. A very impressionable movie for a 7 year old, and the music made an impression too.

If you are a fan of authentic 80s synth pop then this is a good choice!
I would recommend this album for some kind of 80s themed party or event - it is an upbeat, feel-good compilation.

This is a great CD for exercise of all kinds. Its music that will get you moving at several different speeds. Timeless tunes that are still favorites.

It is a good cd, if you like music from 1980. I live in Denmark, so it took some weeks before it got there, but that was okay.
